ESS - Energy Storage Systems 1 MWh - containerized

ESS allows users to take advantage of electricity generated when renewable energy technologies do not produce electricity.

Reducing peak consumption

ESS allows a user to switch their power source by drawing power from batteries during daytime hours at higher cost, then recharging during nighttime hours at lower cost.

When power generation facilities ramp up and down to keep up with changing electricity demand, the system is subject to overloads. ESS can help flatten the demand curve by charging when electricity demand is low and discharging when it is high.

Thermal insulation GWR NANO INSULATION

Unique features in practice:

Provides significant space savings

Unique construction and logistical features

Easy to transport thanks to its packaging in 20 litre buckets (18-20 nm).
Depending on height, can be applied with utility climbers or a hoist; no scaffolding required.
It requires no preparatory work other than thorough cleaning of the surface to be insulated. Can be applied directly to the surface and preserves the surface structure (e.g. on plaster).
Its construction is quick and clean, one layer of insulation can be applied on 300-600 m2 per day (with 3 people working at least 8 hours a day).
It is water-repellent, washable, can be painted afterwards, can be wallpapered and, thanks to its extremely strong adhesion, can even support skirting boards.
Completely eliminates thermal bridging, (for example, we can make 1cm turns on window frames to eliminate thermal bridging. The finished surface is entirely homogeneous, so there are no seams for air to pass through).

Professional background

According to TÜV SÜD OCTAGON in Munich, GWR insulation with a thickness of 1.5 mm (1 mm after drying) corresponds to 10 cm polystyrene insulation, but with a 9% reduction in energy consumption. At lower temperatures, 0.7 mm GWR insulation corresponds to even thicker polystyrene insulation.

GWR is easy to install. After applying the first layer (0.3-0.5 mm), the second layer (0.5 mm) can be applied after a drying time of 24 hours. The combined thickness of the two insulation layers is 0.7 mm. The number of coats can be increased on request, each of which extends the application process by 24 hours. The ideal way to apply GWR is in three layers. It works most effectively in extreme weather conditions (the greater the difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures).
