TSM SYNERGY SOLUTIONS

1. Standard prices Payroll – calcul salarial:
– Companies with maximum 15 employees:

Cost Implementare: 100 Euro fără TVA (one time – se plătește o singură dată la începutul contractului)
Cost lunar – 90 Euro/lună fără TVA
Additional payroll services: 25 Euro/hour ( eg: the input submitted by the Client for payroll are wrong and after the payroll run, must be recalculated once again, costs are estimated and agree before the recalculation of the payroll or any other services)

– Companies with a number between 15 and 60 employees:

Cost implementare: 200 Euro fără TVA (one time – se plătește o singură dată la începutul contractului)
6 Euro/employee/month without VAT
Additional payroll services: 25 Euro/hour ( eg: the input submitted by the Client for payroll are wrong and after the payroll run, must be recalculated once again, costs are estimated and agree before the recalculation of the payroll or any other services)

– Companies with a number > 60 employees:

2. Statistical standard prices as followed:
– întocmire rapoarte statistice lunare (S1/CON TS) – 55 Euro/lună;
– întocmire rapoarte statistice trimestriale (Locurile de muncă vacante) – 55 Euro/trimestru;
– întocmire rapoarte statistice anuale (S3_Costul anual al forței de muncă) – 200 Euro/an, facturat după depunere S3, în luna Februarie.

3. Standard prices HR – servicii de administrare personal, REVISAL & REGES operation:
– Companies ≤ 15 employees::

Cost Implementare: 60 Euro fără TVA (one time – se plătește o singură dată la începutul contractului)
12 Euro/document processed (excluding VAT)

– Companies with a number between 15 and 60 employees:

Cost implementare: 90 Euro fără TVA (one time – se plătește o singură dată la începutul contractului)
11 Euro/file (without VAT)

– Companies with a number > 60 employees

Notes:

  2. Offers/work orders or signed agreement will amend the present price list and will be used as agreed;
  3. All rates are in Euro, but the invoices will be issue in RON at BNR exchange rate + 2 %

Accounting and Reporting

Issuance, distribution and accounting registration of issued invoices

– drawing up annual statistical reports (annual labor S3_Costul) – 200 Euro / year, invoiced after submission S3, in February.

3. Standard prices HR tariffs – personnel administration services, REVISAL & REGES operation:
Companies ≤ 15 employees::

Implementation cost : 60 Euro without VAT (one time – of beginning of the contract)
12 Euro/document processed (excluding VAT)

Companies with a number between 15 and 60 employees:

Implementation cost: 90 Euro without VAT (one time – to be paid only once at the beginning of the contract)
11 Euro/file (without VAT)

Companies with a number > 60 employees
